I promised myself and many other that I would start blogging when we move to Hawaii. Here we are! We have been here almost a month. Kaua'i is a beautiful place with wonderful people. We have had a great time exploring around the island. My parents came out to help us celebrate Eve's 2nd birthday. We had a blast and it was so great to have them here. They just flew back to Las Vegas today. My secret prayer that a hurricane would wipe out the airport and they would be stuck here for months wasn't answered.

I had this quote taped to my wall by my bed when I was growing up. I remembered it the other day and after some searching, found it again.
