We have a lot of creepy crawlies that hang out around our place. Here are some of the ones we actually enjoy. We call Veda "The Gecko Whisperer" because she can catch any gecko no matter how small or fast.
This is our bedtime alarm: when the geckos come out on the lanai window! The girls love shouting "The geckos are out! Time for bed!"

That's so neat that Veda is so in-tune with nature. I love watching her with all the creepy crawlies. Did you get a polliwog for your habitat yet?
I had no idea how small geeko eggs were. Aren't geekos considered good luck in Hawaii? Love Veda's nickname and talent!
I love the girls bedtime signal. It would take me a while to get used to all those little creatures. I love how much Veda loves them though.
I could deal with these little creature much better than the gigantic spider pictured below! This is such a different world...can't wait to visit you guys! :) (5 more months and counting...)
