This day we spent at Universal Studios. I haven't been here since I was a little girl - and a lot has changed. It was a great day, beautiful weather and short lines. Highlights were the Mummy ride, Jurassic Park ride, and the Studio tour, everything else was pretty lame. Shrek has always been a favorite of my kids'. He especially liked Veda's hair this day!!

This will definitely be a vacation we never forget. Now that we are all spread out across the country (and Pacific) these times we have together are especially precious. I can't wait for next time! Love you guys!!

Great posts KC, all your details of the trip make me miss everyone too much! We had soooo much fun with everyone; and as you know Mark & I LOVE the time we get to spend with all our nieces and nephews. Thanks for always sharing the girls with us (I also love that picture of Mark & Eve). Let’s start planning another trip Love you!

Mem-ories (sing it Babs style, of course)! You have some great pictures that I hadn't seen yet. Reading your post reminds me how much fun that was. I don't know how, but I forgot the trauma of the gorilla poo! Your Shamu picture IS incredible. And of course, I love the yuppy iPhone photo. Probably could have had a host of MacBooks laid out too. We are dorks! Finally, I love your new background.
