Just picture it:
me with a shoe,
Monique with a hammer,
Veda with a broom.
ALL with the shivers.

Here in Hawaii we are paying $4.38 for regular unleaded and $4.58 for premium. It costs me $75 to fill up a car.
I would encourage EVERYONE to rent this documentary "Who Killed the Electric Car". Get ready to be educated, enlightened and outraged. It will forever change the way you feel when filling up your car at the gas station.
"In 1996, electric cars began to appear on roads all over California. They were quiet and fast, produced no exhaust and ran without gasoline...........Ten years later, these cars were destroyed."

Eve's first night in a big girl bed. Veda's first night in a bunk bed. We set up the beds that morning and in the afternoon Veda said "Mom I'm so excited to go to bed!"

Mom and Dad Parker made a visit during May. This was Howard's first time to Hawaii so we had a good time showing him the wonders of Kauai. It was fun seeing the girls and their Grandparents reconnect and bond. We all had a wonderful time together.

For some reason, when I published my Ironman part 2 post, it put it underneath the first one. So, see below for Ironman part 2. :)

To live content with small means; to seek elegance rather than luxury, and refinement rather than fashion; to be worthy, not respectable, and wealthy, not, rich; to listen to stars and birds, babes and sages, with open heart; to study hard; to think quietly, act frankly, talk gently, await occasions, hurry never; in a word, to let the spiritual, unbidden and unconscious, grow up through the common--this is my symphony.
WILLIAM HENRY CHANNING.
