To live content with small means; to seek elegance rather than luxury, and refinement rather than fashion; to be worthy, not respectable, and wealthy, not, rich; to listen to stars and birds, babes and sages, with open heart; to study hard; to think quietly, act frankly, talk gently, await occasions, hurry never; in a word, to let the spiritual, unbidden and unconscious, grow up through the common--this is my symphony.

Hi Bug! Good job! It was such fun to look at the pics. I think it's a great idea to have a blog so we can keep up with what is going on with your family. We miss you SOOOOOOOO much.

From the Parker Women having a weekend in Hurricane: Hi to the Parker women in Kauai. We are teaching Merrit to karoake all the nursery rhymes, especially Little Bunny Foo Foo and Bringing Home My Baby Bumblebee. We are living it up big time. Tonight we are going to the Washington County Fair to check out the quilts. Love the blog and the pictures. KL, TPF, TPB
